Villa Hrešć is a modern, luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned apparthotel. It is situated in Maestral, a beautiful bay where the city of Zadar is situated. It is an old villa which has been renovated and is now the property of Hrešć family. Its present design blends a Mediterranean atmosphere, an individual approach to every guest and a stylish interior equipped with all mod cons. Villa Hrešć is situated right on the coast in one of the best locations in Zadar, and so offers its guests an unforgettable view of the peninsula with its old town center, the islands of the Zadar Archipelago and the numerous yachts and ships that sail close by. The villa features a restaurant with a spacious terrace and a pool surrounded by a well-tended lawn and decorative greenery. It has its own parking area.

Extra services

An important part of Villa Hrešć is the restaurant which is located on the ground floor. Its interesting feature is a bar in the shape of the prow of a boat. Next to the restaurant there is a spacious terrace which overlooks the garden and decorative greenery.

The restaurant is intended only for hotel guests and it offers great homemade delicacies and a vast selection of good quality wines.

Villa Hrešć features a swimming pool with deck chairs for sunbathing and rest as well as a garden in the Mediterranean style. While relaxing in our garden you can enjoy the view of the old town centre and the Zadar Archipelago.

Rooms

The residential part of Villa Hrešć has three floors connected by an elevator and consists of two rooms and six condos. A reception desk is situated in an auxiliary building which is connected to the main building by a covered aisle.

Each floor has been named after a typical Mediterranean plant:

Lavanda (Lavender) - the raised ground-floor with two rooms and two
condos
Neven (Marigold)- the first floor with two apartments
Mimoza (Mimosa) - the second floor with two condos.
